Well I just got back from three
weeks in England. I was over there for the holidays. I really
enjoyed it, especially since everyone got along. My New Year's Eve was the
best ever. When I got back to Los Angeles, however, I realized that this
is definitely my home now. I actually missed it a little. Now I'm
just waiting for my sister to finally move over here for good. Whilst I
was over there I visited Swallownest (near Sheffield) where one of my
sisters lives, Wallasey (near Liverpool) where my mum, brothers and
other sister lives and Brighton, where some friends live. Everything
seemed smaller and older. I hated that many people seem to smoke too,
especially in the clubs and pubs. I think we're really spoiled here in
L.A. Not only do we have great weather but people seem more health
conscious too (and of course, nobody can smoke in the clubs and pubs here).
I've really been changing since
I started the bio. I've been exercising my mind through a program called
the Forum offered by
Landmark
Education. They have taught me
to leave the past in the past and many other new ways of looking at life.
I feel a lot calmer and centered. I discovered an inner-peace that I
didn't even realize I needed. I've also been exercising my bod with a
trainer, Joe Butler. He's a cool guy and really knows his stuff (let
me know if you're looking for someone). I haven't been doing it
for very long at this point but I aim to keep it up. I already feel
a lot more comfortable and confident. So, that's the latest drivel.
I'll throw some more up later on.
