This is my new body-building section
to monitor my progress. My weight-loss work started around March of 2001
and lasted for about seven months. My serious work started around April of
2002. I'm working out five times a week now at the 24 Hour Fitness in
Pasadena with my friend and colleague, Mike C.
So far I've dropped 60lbs of fat and
I've gained some definition and now I'm starting to grow the muscle. I
lost the fat due to cardio, changing my eating habits and some help from
Hydroxycut. I now eat every three hours and smaller meals. I try to
avoid foods high in fat.
I drink protein shakes 3 or 4 times a
day, especially on work-out days and of course eat tons of chicken and tuna.
I also take l-glutamine and a
multi-vitamin.
Supplements will be available soon
from Mike and I's new on-line store. Details coming.
They are hard to see but there are
navigation buttons to each side of the strip of pics.
Took this and the next two right as I start my new regime for losing the holiday pounds so I'll have a comparison.
This one really surprised us as I've only just started work on my back due to a lower back injury that has kept me from working it.
A few body-building poses taken by my work-out partner. I'm finally seeing some definition and a little muscle growth.
Started with my current work-out partner in April of 2002 and this is right before we started a new heavy lifting program.
Unfortunately this is right around the time that I eased off for a while as I lost my work-out partner.
I'd had my biggest weight-loss by this point and started to plateau.
Looking for those biceps. I know they're in there somewhere.
I'm now three months into cardio and some light lifting.
And this one clinched it.
This is what finally woke me up.
